Welcome! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally-binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Keep On Going, Inc. (d/b/a “Keepon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

They govern your access to and use of the Keepon mobile applications, websites (including keepon.ai), WhatsApp groups, e-mail newsletters, and any related services or content we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you accept these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who May Use Keepon

• Age 13+. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
• Users 13–17. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Services only with permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• Accurate Information. You must provide true, current account details (e-mail, phone number, etc.) and keep them up to date.

2. Your Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect (e.g., GPS location, workout info) and how we use it.

It is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available in-app and at https://tinyurl.com/bdw9br3k.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

3. Account Security

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, even if you did not authorize it.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
